Build Future Leaders!
- Join us to empower our youth through music -
Hibiki is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young musicians to become community leaders through meaningful performance and outreach opportunities.
About us
A community that creates connections and opportunities for young musicians. How far can a child’s potential carry them when lifted through harmony?
How does a child reach their potential?
We believe that every young musician deserves access to meaningful opportunities, support, and guidance. At Hibiki, we embrace the idea that music is not about competition—it is about harmony. Through community partnerships, dedicated educators and mentors, and a growing network of youth leaders, we enable this belief to come alive in everything we do.
Our mission is to empower young musicians to grow as leaders and to enrich our community through musical outreach, intergenerational connection, and service. By creating opportunities for students to share their music in libraries, senior homes, community centers, and other public spaces, we foster confidence, empathy, and a spirit of harmony that goes far beyond the stage.

Our Programs
Positively impacting our communities
Hibiki Association has embarked on several related but unique programs to encourage the growth of music and arts in our communities. Each of these initiatives is designed to be flexible and customized to best fit the needs of the audience and environment.
Echo Project
Echo Project is Hibiki’s signature performance initiative that gives young musicians a meaningful platform to share their music with the community.
Through concerts in libraries, community centers, senior homes, and public spaces, students not only bring joy to diverse audiences but also learn leadership, empathy, and confidence through the act of performing.
Play Together Studio
(Coming in January 2026)
Play Together Studio is Hibiki’s after-school music program that nurtures leadership and collaboration among young musicians. College students teach while high school students support as assistants, guiding elementary-aged children in a warm and encouraging environment. Through helping younger students, our youth build confidence, communication skills, and a sense of purpose, showing that leadership can begin at any age.
Happy Note Lesson
Happy Note Lesson is Hibiki’s one-on-one music program that offers personalized guidance at an individual student’s pace. Young musicians and mentors provide supportive instruction that helps children build skills, gain confidence, and enjoy the process of making music. It is a warm and encouraging space where every child can grow through music.
Echo Craft Lab
(Coming soon)
Echo Craft Lab is a hands-on creative program where young people explore art beyond music. Participants experiment with painting, design, crafts, and simple DIY projects, using their imagination to make something original. The program encourages self-expression, curiosity, and the joy of creating with your own hands, offering a relaxed space where creativity can grow in many different forms.
Our Youth members
Nurturing the next generation of leaders
Youth members are middle and high school students who bring many kinds of talent, from music to art and media. They perform, create, support programs, and help lead Hibiki’s projects with creativity and heart.
